About this bottle
Aroma
Mermaid Gin comes in this stunning bottle. How does it taste and smell? Citrus notes greet you first, followed by soft juniper. You can pick out coriander, making for a slightly herbal first impression with hints of fruit too.
Taste and finish
The flavour starts fairly softly. Juniper builds first, slowly creating a certain warmth in the mouth. Citrus quickly joins it. But juniper stays in the lead throughout the flavour journey. A little ice or water soon makes the gin sweeter and a little fruitier. It stays quite soft on the finish too, with a fairly short aftertaste.
