Steps to make the drink
- Put the gin, lemon juice, syrup and triple sec in a shaker with ice.
- Shake for about 15 seconds.
- Pour into a champagne glass.
- Top up with champagne.
- Garnish with lemon zest.

This gin cocktail needs watching: it makes quite an impact. It's named after a 75 mm gun used by the French army, so it's no surprise that champagne is involved.
