A little riff on the classic Last Word. Salt and bitters give it a distinctly submarine character, with just the right twist for a Nordic gin.

Green Chartreuse

30 ml
Luxardo Maraschino

25 ml
Lime juice

3 drop
Spruce bitters

3 drop
Saline solution

Ice

to garnish
Mint sprig
Steps to make the drink
- Chill a glass with ice.
- Put all the ingredients except the mint in a shaker.
- Add ice.
- Shake for about 20 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail through a bar strainer into the glass.
- Garnish with the mint.
- Done. Cheers!
