Orange zest
Steps to make the drink
- Put everything except the zest in the shaker.
- Shake with just one ice cube until you can't hear it any more.
- Add plenty of ice to the shaker and shake for 15 seconds until cold.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Squeeze orange zest over the foam, then use it as a garnish.
