If you'd rather celebrate summer with something other than the obligatory Aperol Spritz, I'd warmly recommend this cocktail!

Gin

Aperol

30 ml
Lime juice

22 ml
Simple syrup

70 ml
Soda water
-
3 drop
Saline solution
-
to garnish
Cucumber ribbon

1 handful
Ice
Steps to make the drink
- Shake the ingredients with plenty of ice until cold.
- Tip everything into a glass, ice and all: a dirty dump.
- Top up with soda water.
- Give it one gentle stir.
- Serve with a cucumber ribbon.
